How do I return or exchange an item?
Being a small boutique with inventory continually evolving, we offer store credit only for items returned within 14 days of purchase unworn and unused. Jewelery and Accessories are non returnable.
Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" "Final Sale" OR "Vintage" cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
Customers are responsible for all return postage by either:
a) Purchasing a pre-paid label during the return process
b) Receiving a return authorization and shipping via their preferred method.

When will my order arrive?
Your awesome new items will be shipped within 2-4 days of your purchase. We currently use USPS Priority Shipping, rates vary by package weight & shipping distance.
